Well, here it is ... my not yet complete beginner's guide to writing web pages. I hope it's useful. I'll probably be adding to it soon. By the way, you should be viewing it with Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.0 or something even better. If you use a very old browser, this page will look downright ugly.
